Modiv Media Adds Two Executives to Board of Advisors

Ann Raider and Craig Underwood bring to Modiv significant expertise in digital media, marketing solutions and loyalty programs

Quincy, MA – April 8, 2009 – Modiv Media, (www.modivmedia.com) the “moment of decision” media company, today announced that that Ann Raider and Craig Underwood have joined the company’s board of advisors.

The addition of Raider and Underwood strengthens Modiv Media’s leadership team as it aggressively expands sales and marketing of its Modiv Shopper and Modiv DeliVision products.

Raider is the CEO of inStream Media and a recognized leader in developing world-class marketing solutions, with extensive experience managing sales, marketing and business development with Fortune 500 companies. Underwood is Managing Partner of Underwood Partners, a Boston-based consulting firm with deep expertise in three areas: Web 2.0 applications, data-based loyalty programs and leveraging the internet to monetize fan bases, affinity groups and other communities.

The experience Raider brings to the advisory board, includes COO /co founder of CCMI, an international loyalty marketing company , SVP of sales and marketing at News America Marketing, and senior management positions at Gillette and Stop & Shop Supermarkets. Underwood’s experience includes founder and CEO of Loyalty Group/Air Miles Canada, and Partner at Bain & Company.

Modiv Media saves money for consumers while improving their shopping experience. The company’s Modiv Shopper is a handheld, self-service scan-and-bag solution that delivers relevant coupons and promotional messages to shoppers in the aisle. Approximately 200 Stop & Shop and Giant supermarkets employ Modiv Shopper under the Scan It! name.
