Modiv DeliVision delivers your campaigns to shoppers through a deli queue optimization and self-service ordering solution that saves them time and money. The deli is amongst to top dwell spots in the store where on average shoppers spend 7 – 10 minutes waiting to be served and through which 40% of grocery customers pass. Modiv DeliVision enables store management to integrate a kiosk self-service ordering system with the counter order queue, optimizing the deli associate resource allocation and enabling more sales through self-service. Shoppers use three aspects of the solution to save time: an overhead screen that displays which customer is being served and the estimated time until their ticket would be served; an electronic ticket dispenser for those wishing to place a counter order; and the kiosk for placing a self-service order to be picked up later in their trip.
